In the mid-90's, an eclectic group of Northwest Denver visionaries, including the Sisters of Loretto, several Jesuits associated with Regis University, a diocesan priest, and some concerned neighbors, banded together, often meeting in a church basement, to discuss what was lacking in the educational offerings of Northwest Denver. And they're off! We are so proud of this year's 8th grade class. They are headed to some of the best high schools in Denver, taking their Catholic values, their bilingual skills, and their belief in themselves into the next step of their important lives. But remember, graduates, as you embark on this new journey... Somos Lobos!
Yesterday, we said goodbye to the 8th graders in our traditional way -- the 8th Grade Clap-Out! Later today, they graduate and head out into the world. We've known many of these students since they were 4 years old in Pre-Kindergarten! It's hard to say goodbye, but we know these young men and women will make the world a better place with their Escuela Valores: Responsibility, Respect and Kindness. Remember, Class of 2026 -- ¡Somos Lobos!

Success in life goes beyond academics—it's about confidence, connection, and character! This semester, our 7th graders took part in a weekly Life Skills course, learning how to present themselves and interact with others. The grand finale? A special breakfast where students invited adults and put their new skills to the test, including making small talk, maintaining eye contact, and showing great posture. We’re so proud of their growth and the positive energy they brought to the table! 🌟
