Applying this drill to sharpen stair step for our over routes. Finishing with running thru our reception. Working on keep full stride, and letting our pressure steps redirect us.

Tempo off the ball to slightly stretch/widen defender. Double/hip shift to cross face with speed and set a high angle to avoid collision with mike backer!
