Peak500 is coming to Uptown THIS Saturday, March 28th!
But… what is it?
Peak500 is F45’s newest 30-minute endurance challenge designed to test your physical performance and mental resilience.
You’ll spend 5 minutes at each of the 5 stations, aiming to achieve the target cal/rep count for a max of 100 points per station.
Your stations:
1. Bike Erg | Target: 100 cals
2. 8x devils press + 12x Forward Lunges | Target: 5 rounds
3. Ski Erg | Target: 100 cals
4. 20 shuttle sprints + 80 Barbell Thrusters | Target: 100 total reps
5. Row Erg | Target: 100 cals
And, if you don’t want to tackle this solo, grab your gym bestie and compete as a team of 2!
Sign ups are live in the F45 app. All you have to do is:
-> Pick your heat time (they run every 5 minutes)
-> Decide if you want to compete individually, or with a teammate
-> If you decide to compete as a team of 2, enter your partner’s email in your reservation. They’ll receive an email to book their spot in the same heat.
-> Complete your booking and get ready to work 🔥

Lift Club: introducing small group training designed to help you build muscle, get stronger and dial in your form 💪
Tuesdays @ 8:30a
Thursdays @ 5:30p

Open Gym: offering more flexibility for those who prefer to train independently, or can’t make it to a scheduled class. You’ll have access to the space and equipment to follow your own program, or follow the in-studio WOD.
