Calling all future soccer stars! Our Girls Soccer season will kick off as soon as we have enough players to form a team and will run through mid-October.

DPS Women in Sports Leadership is excited to have a table at the 2nd Annual Girls in the Game event on Saturday, August 16th hosted by CBS Colorado. This free event is designed to encourage, inspire, and empower girls to consider a career in sports on and off the field. Over 40 organizations will be on hand and over 100 women who represent careers in the sports industry. This year we’re excited to have the Denver Broncos, Women’s Elite Rugby, Denver Summit F.C, DPS Women in Sports Leadership Team... among many others. DGS is finished with CMAS (pending some CMAS makeups next week)! We are so proud of our students! We included our 6th graders in the last day of the raffle because they had the strongest attendance of the school during CMAS!

And the second to last day of CMAS testing raffle winners are... 🥁🥁🥁🥁, these All-Stars in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade! One more day remaining for state testing! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏼

We are almost there Dragons! Congrats to our 3-5 CMAS Raffle Winners on our first day of literacy testing! Two more days to go! Did you know all our 3-5 students who came every day to testing and worked hard on their tests each day will be entered into a final raffle and TEN students from each grade get to go to the movies with Mr. Brown?! 🎥🎬 We got this DGS! 🐉

Congratulations to our 5th grade raffle winners for the Science 2 test! As a reminder we are testing Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for literacy! Three more days of hard work Dragons! 🐉🐲
