As I write this I’m contemplating all the ways in which I’ve consciously or unconsciously taken power away from others. I’d like to invite you to do the same.

I started amplifying my voice more to show you my pain, frustrations, anger, joys, and fears because there is nothing else for me to lose. And everything to gain, including my freedom...which depends on your compassion + willingness to LISTEN.

As someone who has struggled with chronic anxiety this spoken word beautifully illustrates the intense struggle of just being whether by yourself or while in a relationship. Take courage in knowing there is hope, you are not broken...I am not broken...you are worthy of love and you are enough. Because I am enough. 💜

One of the most popular conversations I find myself in with couples and singles alike is “How is it remotely possible to improve my relationship(s) if it’s just me who is interested in ACTUALLY working on it”.....and singles will tell me all the time “Oooh I could have used you in my past relationship”...

These are my favorite conversations to be a part of because it allows me to dispel some⚠️ Major Myths ⚠️ about the viability of working on your love life alone.

💡First, the only mindset that you have control over is yours. This doesn’t change whether you’re single or in a committed relationship.

💡Entering any situation through the eyes of resignation will only cloud your judgement about what it will take to improve the climate of your relationship...

What that means is that if you have already decided that your relationship will ONLY improve if your partner agrees to go, then you’ve pretty much resigned yourself to the belief that the environment of your dating life or committed partnership is a "THEM" issue without ever taking the time to discover what your own blind spots are. Ouch.

💡Working on yourself, IS in fact working on your relationship.

Welcome to your relationship resource corner. I'm so excited you stopped by, and I cannot wait to share tips, strategies, and resources that will help you prepare for or maintain a healthy relationship.

Relationships take work, (A LOT of work) but you already knew that. And while we may not all subscribe to the same relationship structures, the same fundamental principals apply regardless of whether you're in a monogamous relationship or polyamorous one. Whether you're as hetero as they come, or like me, pansexual. It doesn't matter because the foundation of any love connection hinges on the ability of those involved in the relationship to be able to clearly communicate and productively resolve injuries to the partnership, effectively.

This is where I come in.

I teach people how to let go of past disappointments so that they can squarely focus on moving towards a secure connection with their loved one. Relationship conflict management is my area of expertise, and I help partners resolve the conflicts within themselves and their relationships. Curious about what that may look like?
