With almost two full semesters under his belt, Chef Josh has quickly become the culinary mastermind behind Ranger Dining’s food and innovative menus. As our culinary leader, he’s been hard at work crafting exciting new ideas and elevating the dining experience across campus.

Colorado weather has been keeping us on our toes lately 🌨️☀️ One day we’re scraping ice off the windshield and the next we’re soaking up 80° sunshine.
With rapid temperature swings, it’s more important than ever to stick to routines that support your wellness. Hydration, rest, movement, and nourishing foods can go a long way in helping your body adjust to these sudden changes. Sometimes these weather shifts can lead to unexpected illness, so don’t forget to take care of yourself along the way 💙💛

We are creating a GIANT support local Colorado map that highlights the amazing local partners and providers we work with across campus, making it easier to see the impact of supporting local.📍
We are also tackling a better solution for pizza box disposal because small changes can make a big difference!🍕
