When you do not feel your school division gives you a 'real' seat at the table - time to bring in your own chair for visuals and you can just say "I figured since I really am not included in the round table discussions as an equal Team member that I will just sit here in the corner at the table and listen until you are done making your decisions then I will give you all of mine".

Sometimes you have to get creative to be heard!
