Who We Are
The Leadership Academy was born out of a dream to see training and professional development programs for Health and Human Service professionals actually be implemented and their benefits realized. Over the past 12 years, The Leadership Academy’s parent company, Financial Health Institute, has been a leader in developing innovative training programs. FHI developed the Integrated Learning Program method to eliminate the frustration of trainings that are “one and done” –that is, where there are no opportunities to practice skills or integrate what you’ve learned into the workplace.
By fully embracing learning technologies, a data-centric model, and a blended approach to learning, The Learning Academy (TLA) will launch and deliver innovative, competency-based trainings that can be fully integrated into the workplace.
