I’ve been a little busier on LinkedIn since expanding my business into corporate wellness and speaking engagements, BUT I wanted to share on this platform an awesome mental health wellness panel that I was a part of last month. Thank you for having me, .denver!

I am excited for this wonderful opportunity to chat about mental health wellness.

Corporate Wellness matters for many reasons, but this one can often help employers perspective. I am interested to know if you feel like your employer supports your psychological well-being? Why or why not?

I am excited to continue supporting individuals and now organizations.
