My fitness journey began in 2017 a few months after my sister passed away from an asthma attack that totally could have been avoided with healthier lifestyle choices. I joined a gym to help cope but by the fall of 2019 I had hit a plateau and knew I needed something more, something to keep me focused on my end goal, and that’s when this beautiful girl reached out and I found this amazing community. I hope that taking a leap and working on ME can inspire others to do the same. I have lost way too many people to unhealthy lifestyles and I pray I can change this for my children and the next generation. I feel better and more myself than I have in a LONG time and I can’t wait to keep growing into my best self!"
