👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻Where do I start, this husband and wife have been such an inspiration, and a blessing. They have confirmed that my coaching can work if YOU work.
They have made AMAZING mental and physical transformations over the past year. They’ve had a lot of ups and downs, but THEY KEPT GOING!
They traveled for a month in an RV, came back and then both were sick for a month. After slowly working their way back mentally and physically, they have both made A TON of progress in the last few months than ever before.
They didn’t let the downs of life stop them from their commitment to fitness, and enjoying life. They’ve realized that this is not a race, and never wanted fast results. Knowing they had to take one thing at a time, one day at a time, and focus on the task at hand, has gotten them to where they are today.

✨I stopped drinking 4 years ago, and here’s why✨
After I turned 21 I did the bar scene for about 8 months. I thought, why not? Everyone else does it, that’s how I’m going to fit into my new environment, that’s how I’m going to make friends.
✨Results: I didn’t find any valuable friendships or relationships. I felt like crap every time I drank, even from one drink or one glass of wine.
Once I met a few people that didn’t drink, including my now fiancé, I realized not everyone drinks. I can still have a good time without it. I can still hang out with friends and I’ll enjoy a strawberry refresher every once in a while instead 🤷♀️
Once i stopped drinking:
✨I was able to perform better in the gym
✨ my stomach was never bloated anymore
✨I lost my stubborn weight from moving to a new state
✨ I was able to enjoy hiking, biking, and snowboarding more because my body was working at its full potential!
✨ I realized I didn’t need alcohol to talk to people, and that people enjoy me in my normal state!

It was a much needed weekend away, and definitely a surprise!
I am still in shock that it happened, and I am counting my blessings. I am soo so grateful for this man, and for everyone in our lives.

💔This was the first toughest time in my life that led up to me making the move to CO alone. I had a 4 year relationship with a guy, some of it was during highschool and it ended during college.
I could tell we were distancing ourselves, we were not connecting much anymore, and I was trying way harder to keep it going than he was. I had thoughts of “taking a break” or ending it, but how do you do that when you’ve had almost 4 years invested…
😥Well, after we decided to take a break, I found out a couple days later that he had been cheating on me(for the second time) and that made it pretty simple… But what isn't so simple is the after effects. I did not know that heartache was a real thing, I thought for a couple days that my heart was coming out of my chest.
I had several late nights of tears, frustration, and blame put on me. It was so bad that he was blaming his suicidal thoughts on me.
😡Soon after the physical pain was gone, depression set in. “Idk what to do with my life now”, “I just wasted 4 years of my life” etc. I was sad often and had no desire to do anything.
A friend reminded me though, this is the time to be more selfish than ever. This got me out of bed. It got me to church again(thanks to my two best friends who I credit my recovery to), it got me to the gym, and it helped me focus on graduating.
This breakup has saved my life in many ways, but the biggest has been my health. If I didn't get out of that relationship or make it through that depression I wouldn't have found my love for fitness or for coaching women the power that working out has.

❤️Are you ready to love YOURSELF this Valentine’s Day?
Stop looking in the mirror and slamming yourself. What does this accomplish!? NOTHING!
I get it though, Ive been there. No matter how much you say “I don’t compare myself to others online, on the street, in the gym etc… YOU DO!
I used to think I didnt either, but I would still find myself scrolling through instagram and stopping on every “fit” “healthy” “strong” “muscular” “Skinny” looking girl just to tell my self, see thats what I want, I want to have her legs, her arms, or her hair…
In reality, that's NOT ATTAINABLE. We are all different. God built us all differently for a reason. We all dont run the same, lift the same, hike the same, bike the same, eat the same because OUR BODIES ARE ALL DIFFERENT!
So, let's work on becoming STRONG mentally and physically, CONFIDENT in our OWN body
Each day CAN be an improvement than the day before.
Didnt workout➡️Workout today
Didnt do a self➡️care act- do one today
Didnt get outside➡️go outside
Only ate 3 times➡️ eat 4 times today
Only drank 40oz of water➡️drink 60oz today
The only way to love yourself is to change your mind, and then you can change the way you feel about yourself or see yourself.
