What does it look like when 30+ agents get called to the stage at once?
This is eXp ICONS. The agents who closed enough business in 2025 to qualify for the highest production tier in the company. And it's not 3 people in suits — it's 30+ professionals from every market in the country, called up together.
Slide 2 is the keynote room. Packed. Standing room only. Filled with agents who are figuring out exactly what these ICONS already figured out: the brokerage you pick decides the next 5 years of your career.
The agents who join eXp aren't choosing a logo. They're choosing a community of people who got there by doing the work — and are willing to show you how.

Not the biggest team.
Not the flashiest marketing.
Not the loudest voice in the room.
The agents who build sustainable businesses are usually the ones surrounded by the right people. People who collaborate, share ideas, support each other, and genuinely want to see others succeed.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the years is that the right environment matters. A lot. And honestly, I think that’s part of why ReAlto Partners has been attracting the people it has. Agents are craving something different. More collaboration. More authenticity. More support. Less ego. Less burnout. Less “every agent for themselves.”
Real estate can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also feel isolating and transactional when you’re in the wrong rooms. That’s why we’ve intentionally built a community centered around collaboration over competition, sustainable growth, leadership, accountability, and relationships that actually matter.
Because success is great. But building something meaningful with people you respect and enjoy growing alongside? That’s the part that lasts.
And if you’ve been feeling disconnected, unsupported, or like you’re constantly doing this business alone… maybe you don’t need to work harder. Maybe you just need a different environment.

This is what happens when you build a business — not just a job.
Most agents grind for 20 years and never make it to a skyline like this. Not because they can't. Because they never stopped trading hours for dollars long enough to look up.
A business gives you leverage. A job gives you a paycheck. Both can pay the bills — only one can pay the bills while you're standing on a rooftop in Miami.
The agents at eXp aren't winning because the market is great. They're winning because they architected a business that produces revenue whether or not they're in the office.

7 steps to build a business that doesn't need you 24/7.
I keep this flip chart in front of me because most agents skip steps 3, 4, and 5.
1. System
2. Duplication
3. Scaling
4. Leverage
5. Leadership
6. Culture
7. Exit
If you can't replace yourself in your business, you don't have a business. You have a job that pays well sometimes.
The agents who get this skip the burnout chapter. The ones who don't end up either quitting or running themselves into the ground at 55 chasing the next deal.

Quick market check — what's actually happening in Denver residential right now.
Inventory is up. Days on market are climbing past 80. Median price is holding around $550K but the spread is widening — which means averages are lying to you.
The top of the market is moving. The middle is sitting. The bottom is fighting over starter homes.
This isn't a crash. It's a recalibration. And the agents who can explain it — clearly, with data, without panic — are the ones winning the listing appointments right now.
If you walk into a listing presentation without these numbers, you're walking in unarmed.

If your buyers are sitting on the sidelines waiting for prices to drop — they're already losing.
The 2026 Denver market is shifting. Buyers have leverage they didn't have 18 months ago. Sellers are negotiating. Concessions are back on the table. Days on market are stretching.
This is the window.
The ones waiting for "the bottom" are going to look up in 12 months and watch rates drop, demand surge, and inventory disappear all at once. Then they're going to overpay in a bidding war for the same house that's negotiable today.
The best move is the one most people aren't making right now.
Comment OUTLOOK and I'll send you the full 2026 market breakdown — what to tell clients who are waiting and what the actual data says.

Why expertise is your only currency in 2026. The market is full of agents. Most of them are interchangeable. The agents who win this year are the ones who actually know something that the average agent doesn't — about pricing, about negotiation, about what's really happening in the market. Skill is the moat. Everything else is noise. If you're not getting sharper every week, you're falling behind.
