I officially passed my ACE Certified Personal Trainer exam today! I’m super proud of this one. It took me several months of studying. It was by far the hardest of all of my fitness certifications. 💪🏻

I hope to spend the rest of my life helping people feel like they can do more. ❤️

I’m super excited about my class schedule with Denton Parks and Rec for next year! A new class I’m teaching is SilverSneakers. SilverSneakers is a health and fitness program designed for older adults that’s included with many insurance plans. I’m ready to master a new class and continue growing my fitness knowledge. Let’s work on our goals together! Happy New Year! 🎉

It’s National Assisted Living Week! This year’s theme is “Joyful Moments.” I’m glad I got to celebrate with Mayberry Gardens! It’s always a joy teaching them some yoga.

I’m going on 5 years of teaching mostly chair yoga classes and it continues to be a source of happiness and fulfillment in my life. Movement is so vital to our overall health. It’s a privilege that people trust me and enjoy coming to my classes.
