The Denton Ryan Raiders girls basketball team was recognized at last night's City of Denton City Council Meeting for their state championship win. Mayor Gerard Hudspeth delivered an official proclamation honoring the team's incredible season and historic achievement.

Thank you to Mayor Hudspeth and the entire Denton City Council for celebrating these remarkable young women and the journey thy've taken to the top. Denton is proud of you!
