A committee at the University of North Texas in Denton, TX, serving as a liaison between students at UNT and the Student Health and Wellness Center.
The Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) is UNT's only student-run health programming board. We are devoted to planning events for the UNT community that are educational, social, cultural, and exciting. We plan everything from personal care events, movie screenings to big community events. We are unique in that we are a part of the Student Health and Wellness Center and a student organization.

Quick Tips: Want to know how to make the most of your time?☝️💗✨
1. Set a limit - Give yourself a time limit for each task you have to complete. If you are lagging and spending too long on something, move on and come back to it later with fresh eyes.
2. Take breaks - Allow yourself to take reasonable breaks throughout the day. This will help keep your mind fresh and sharp, preventing burnout and decreasing stress.
3. Prioritize - Learn how to distribute your time among tasks based on urgency and importance. Getting the hard tasks out of the way will give you a sense of accomplishment and lighten your workload early in the day!

Want to know some productivity myths?🤔
Well here you go!!!💖💗✨
* SET BIG GOALS FOR YOURSELF: Having big-picture goals is great, but it's important to set smaller, consistent goals for yourself that will help you get there.
* MULTITASKING IS BAD: Multitasking can stunt your productivity, if you are trying to complete two incompatible tasks together. However, there can be positive ways of multitasking if you pair two complementary tasks together, like listening to a podcast while working out.
* LONG HOURS = PRODUCTIVITY: Spending more time on a task does not necessarily mean you are being productive. As a matter of fact, you can complete quality work in shorter periods of time, depending on your focus and stress levels.
