This summer, Lake Dallas ISD will connect children 18 and younger with healthy, no cost summer meals.🍏
Meals will be served at 2 LDISD Campuses from June 1 through June 25, Monday through Thursday.

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) is a U.S. Department of Agriculture nutrition program administered in the Lone Star State by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). For the children who rely on school meals during the academic year, these meals offer a source of good nutrition when school is out for the long summer vacation.

Lake Dallas ISD is only one of the nonprofit organizations partnering with TDA to serve meals across Texas. Families are encouraged to use these three tools to find a meal site anywhere in the state:
-Call 2-1-1 to speak to a live operator
-Visit www.SummerFood.org for an interactive site locator map
-Text FOOD or COMIDA to 304-304

Graduates walked our halls this week and then walked across the stage last night. Congrats to all the LD grads and former CE Falcons!

Pre-K 4 is movin’ on up to kindergarten!!

We absolutely crushed our campus reading Wildly Important Goal for the year, so we had to celebrate with a little Kona Ice!! 📖📚

Last day of field day and these 4th and 5th graders played hard!

Day 2 of Field Day was a blast with 2nd and 3rd Grade!

Dismissal begins at 1:00 pm.

K/1st Field Day was a success. Students had so much fun competing with the other schools. 🎳🏈💚
