Caregivers are the foundation of our families and communities, yet many experience high levels of stress, burn out and isolation.
Through this grant, we will offer a safe and restorative space that includes: mindfulness, peer to peer support, nutrition, education and relaxation experiences that promote healing from the inside out.

This funding will support the program “Rest to Restore: A Mental Health Reset for Caregivers”
