As im sorting things at DRCHA today to prepare for art camp Monday I wanted to remind you that we have stuff-

Are you looking for a curriculum?
Are you looking for particular materials?

Part of our mission at DRCHA is to help each child to see that they were created on purpose and for a purpose. One way we do that is to place students in roles that are outside their comfort zone, roles of serving and of leadership. Grace and Hannah are high school DRCHA students and they took on a leadership role in our art camp. They made all the art examples, made all the classroom decorations, and even taught some of the projects. The first day of art camp was a success in large part due to their hard work!

Plans are in the works for the 2026-2027 school year! Here is a sneak peek into plans for Wednesday classes. We will have art, gym, and science once again in the morning. For science in the fall we will be using the Good and the Beautiful's simple machines curriculum.

We will also be offering a class in the afternoons. Students will be split by age/level, the younger group will be working on writing, and for the older group, we will be offering a speech class that will be for the entire school year, fall and winter.
