Once there lived a wealthy merchant who, despite his riches, was always sick and unhappy. He spent his fortune on doctors and medicine, but nothing seemed to help. One day, a wise sage advised him to exercise regularly, eat healthily, and rest properly. The merchant followed this advice and soon regained his health, finding joy in life once more.

Happy is he who has overcome his ego(Siddhartha Gautama)
In a small village lived an old man named Ehsan who was known for his cheerful spirit. Everyone wondered about the secret to his happiness. One day, Ehsan shared his wisdom with the children playing in the square. "Long ago, I decided to let go of my selfish wishes," he said with a gentle smile. "I used to think only about what I wanted and that made me unhappy. But when I started to think about others, to help without wanting anything for myself, something wonderful happened. My heart felt as light as a feather and as warm as the sun." Ehsan's eyes twinkled as he spoke, "Happiness, my young friends, is like a butterfly that lands on us when we least expect it, especially when we are not just chasing after our own desires." The children listened, understanding that being happy is not about getting what you want, but about being content and spreading kindness without keeping score
