At the end of the day, the most important thing you can bring into recruitment is YOU! Add the things that encourage you to be yourself, have fun, and enjoy the experience! 💗✨

Going through formal recruitment was one of the most fun experiences I have ever had, and I met some of my closest friends along the way. Now, I am so grateful to be living that dream and serving my chapter in the position I once hoped for, but back then, I was also scared. “Going Greek is so much more than just joining a sorority, it’s a chance to find a community that supports you, helps you grow, and gives you friendships that make college feel more like home. I was lucky enough to find that for myself in Alpha Chi Omega, and now, as Vice President of Recruitment, I get to help other women find the sisterhood that feels right for them. My biggest advice is to keep an open mind, trust yourself, and remember that recruitment is about finding where YOU feel most comfortable being yourself. I can’t wait to meet everyone this fall and watch you find your place in our Panhellenic community! 💌”
