Meet Dana ( ): one of our founding members and a truly special part of our community 💗

Dana brings warmth, positivity, and uplifting energy to every class, and we feel so lucky to have her as part of our Pvolve Deerfield family. Thank you for always showing up as your amazing self, Dana! 👏🥳

⭐️TRAINER SPOTLIGHT: .lasauskas ⭐️

How did you start in fitness?

Dottie grew up playing soccer, but by high school she traded the field for socializing and quickly realized she needed a healthier hobby than spending weekends at the mall. After joining a HIIT class with friends, she fell in love with the energy and community of group fitness.

Since then, she earned her comprehensive Pilates certification and explored a variety of training styles, eventually falling in love with the challenge and strength-building focus of functional movement through Pvolve.

Dottie brings high energy, encouragement, and fun to every class. She may mix up her rights and lefts from time to time, but she’ll always make sure you leave feeling stronger, laughing, and maybe even ready for the club thanks to her playlists. She can’t wait to see you on the mat.
