Mama cacao in New Bedford 🥹 What an honor to host at this past Sunday. 🫶🏼 For majority of the attendees, it was their first time in a cacao circle! It was such an blessing for me to hold the space as we all connected with each other, ourselves, and shed a few tears as we tapped into mama cacaos love ❤️ Big gratitude to who found this hand carved Cacao frother (Molinillo) at an antique store and gifted it to me. 🥲 Can’t wait to host more 🙏🏼 🌳☕️☺️

Saturday I got married to my best friend 🥰 I am so blessed by the family and friends who came out to celebrate and I finally making it official. 🥹 Pat is the best human I know and I can’t believe I get to be his wife! So many incredible memories and I’m still letting it all sink in. Best day of my life for sure. I love you 💕💕💕 📸 🏢

Last week I graduated from my Sva Ha Yoga Teacher training . 💕🌀🙏🏼✨ 8 months of growth, community, and alchemizing. It’s so hard to capture the transformation in words, but I feel more myself than ever before. 🥹 I NEVER saw myself as a yoga teacher- it was one spiritual path I didn’t really feel called to explore. But like many beautiful things in my life, Sva Ha came to me in a synchronous way and I felt immediately drawn to their yoga program. Sva Ha yoga is special in the way that it’s rooted in Natural Law and brings the ancient 8 limbs of yoga back into the center focus where they belong. I love the ahimsa (non violence) at the center our learning- yoga was never meant to be about being “good enough” to do a headstand or flexible or bendy. It’s about the inner journey, and the ways we move with the world. Every body is a yoga body. 🧘🏽 I’m so excited to see where this leads me, especially as I continue working with Sva Ha as their SMM and as I incorporate all the lessons from my continued journeying with Mama Cacao. Thank you to my teachers and my fellow students- the gratitude is bursting out of my heart! ❤️ Aho!!!!

How lucky am I?! 🥲 So grateful for my pals coming together and throwing me this incredible romp in the swamp 💚💚 It’s hilarious I didn’t see this theme coming when I’ve been a Shreker for lifer. Special shoutout to who went from party planner to nurse when I had to go to the ER unexpectedly 😂 but it’s incredible how that did not even remotely take away from the fun. During the soundbath on the beach on the last night, I opened my eyes and there was a heart shaped cloud in the sky above me, and that was just about how I felt. Never felt so loved in my life! Thank you pals! 💚

30!!! 💕🎉🥳 I’m 30 today and all I’ve been feeling the last two days is this outpouring of love from my heart. Life is so up and down but I’ve learned the most important thing is the people around you- and omg I cannot express just how grateful I am for my friends, family, and spiritual community. I’m reconnecting to the fire inside me after a challenging 2 years- and that fire is made of LOVE and gratitude- gratitude that I get to be ME in this lifetime. I’m alive on this pulsing earth, with all of its trials and beauties. And I get to share all of the love and pain and growth with my people. 💗 Pics from some special moments the last year 🫶🏼

I am so honored and elated to announce that I have officially accepted the role of Sacred Sharing Facilitator for the Spiritual Women of New England sisterhood!
