🌟 **A New Chapter Begins!** 🌟
For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching parents through tough transitions, guiding them as they heal and strengthen their relationships with their children. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see families grow and thrive, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to support so many wonderful people.
But life has a way of shifting, and after a year of reflection, it became clear that our family needed a more steady income. So, I’ve made a big transition of my own! 🏡✨ Over a year ago, I began assisting a local Realtor and quickly discovered how much my coaching skills overlap with real estate. This new chapter has been an amazing way to continue serving others while meeting the needs of my family.
As I focus on this exciting new journey, I won’t be posting much content here anymore. However, I’d love for you to join me at ! Follow along for updates on my real estate career, fun content, and plenty of tips for navigating one of life’s biggest transitions—whether you’re buying, selling, or renting. 💼💖
Thank you for your support over the years, and I can’t wait to connect with you in this new space!

I made this for my son has multiple differences and already have many thanks from his teacher as well as other teachers out there who wish they had info on kids in their classrooms. Helping others understand our kids helps serve them well! Link in Bio.

This is so important to understand, especially as it relates to . I've found many kids, especially kids who are struggle deeply with differentiating guilt and shame. It's important to help our kids foster healthy guilt that leads to instead of shame which furthers .

Don't wait to invest in your and . is worth every single penny. I waited years before making the leap. I'm glad I finally did, but waited way too long. What we have learned in has been more valuable than any dollar we spent. Here's what other parents are saying:
"We felt like we were failing with 2 spirited kids. We've changed our perspective and implemented techniques that have given us options other than just yelling. There isn't a parent out there who WOULDN'T benefit from Taylor's coaching!" -Bronkar and Cyndi, parents of 2 spirited boys
"Still so grateful to have gone through coaching. We continue to think about and form our parenting around what stuck out to us most! Our time with you has paid dividends far beyond the session times themselves." -H&T, parents of 4 kids
"We were responding to our kids with discipline first, but what they need most is empathy, which grows ability to manage emotions, and builds our bond.
Your input was key in reaching that insight. Thanks for doing what you do and sharing it with us!" -J&S, parents of 2 sensitive girls
How can parent coaching benefit you? Think of your current parenting challenge and what would change if you had a clear plan on how to address it that turns the challenge into joy? I'm here to help and have openings this month.

In recent years many families have attempted a . We were one of them! However, learning more about and the brain, I can understand why many people give up on this strategy. If we are not careful, the calm down corner, , or quiet space can just become a glorified version of .
Learning how to regulate one's emotions is a process.
First, MODEL SELF REGULATION. Our kids can't learn how to calm down if we are not doing a very good job ourselves. Take the time you need to find your calm. (shameless plug: The Peaceful Parent Journey online course is a great place to start, link in bio!)
Next, CO-REGULATE. A child needs a safe adult presence to help them learn how to calm down. This may look like speaking quietly, getting down on their level (slow-low-listen) or rocking a baby. Let your child use you as the primary regulation.
Finally, SELF REGULATION: When practicing this over and over, in time your child will learn to regulate themselves (this is where they would actually use a calm down corner on their own). But this takes a lot of time, and even more time than you would think if your child has or other
