Do you know that DeKalb, Mississippi, the County Seat of Kemper County, Mississippi, U.S.A., lies in the heart of an ancient indigenous civilization that eventually became the Choctaw Nation.

Pristine, natural resource rich "Kemper," remains
"relatively" undeveloped and undisturbed. Due to this unique place's many beautiful geological features, chosen by the first "People" to be home, artifact hunters frequent the region to discovery countless specimens each year.

"First Kemper Foundation, Inc.," is being established, based in DeKalb, MS, to reclaim, reestablish and perpetually care for the countless historical cemeteries and burial grounds located in "Kemper." (\o/)
