Dayton Metro Library and the Dayton Daily News is hosting a special, timely Big Read starting now through July 31, 2020. As the Dayton area joins the rest of the nation in exploring and confronting issues of inequality, racism and justice reform, we invite the public to participate in a special community-wide reading project centered on the book Me and White Supremacy: Combat Racism, Change the World and Become a Good Ancestor by Layla Saad. -It's a Dog Party! Doggie story time (with Trudy Krisher) starts at 10 am at Wright Memorial Public Library. Then take a 1.5 mile walk with your pup to Creager Field Dog Park.
-Krafts with Kelly-- At 2 pm at Tipp City Public Library, make a cat toy to donate to a local shelter.

On March 27, 2018, a group of Best Friends Pet Assisted Therapy teams went to the New Carlisle Library for a successful reading event. Stay tuned! The dogs will be back on May 29th at 4:00 pm.
