Join us at Flamingo Gardens for a refreshing, soul-stirring aromatherapy experience centered on peppermint and spearmint, plants celebrated for their ability to energize the mind, sharpen focus, and open space for new ideas.

Surrounded by the beauty of the gardens, you’ll be guided on a sensory journey to reconnect with yourself and with nature. Through forest bathing, guided meditation, and the invigorating aroma of mint, you’ll release mental clutter and step into clarity.

✨ The heart of this experience is the creation of your Vision Board for 2026. This is your time to dream, imagine, and intentionally design the year ahead. With mint as your ally, you’ll translate inspiration into vision, one that supports your goals, purpose, and how you truly want to feel in the year to come.
You’ll also craft your own peppermint essential oil blend for focus and mental clarity, giving you a powerful sensory anchor to return to your vision again and again.

Meet Your Instructor:
Cintia Wess is the Education Manager and Wellness Coordinator at Flamingo Gardens. A Certified Horticultural Therapist through the University of Florida, she is also a certified aromatherapist, forest therapist, and yoga instructor. As the author of books on aromatherapy, Cintia weaves together nature, mindfulness, and creativity to offer experiences that inspire clarity, healing, and transformation.

Join RawEssences, the first Spanish-language aromatherapy school approved by the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA). Our certification program empowers professionals to use essential oils safely and effectively—supporting both personal growth and business development. We offer courses in English and Spanish, online and in person.
