However, through ZUMBA I am able to push past my health condition and generate the energy I need for the rest of the day I am also a mom of two toddlers, so I do not have time to go to the gym daily, but ZUMBA gives me the opportunity to tap into a full-body workout in as little as 30-45 minutes!
