Chicken pets was a success with a few glitches! Our next event at the Colby Memorial library in Danville NH Hampshire will be on February  21st starting at 10:30 AM. We are going to start making a blanket, a patch work quilted blanket. More news to come on that. This is a free event. If you need a basic class, contact me. Those are free also.

Here is my funny chicken. I did not have orange felt to do the beak or the feet. I was also thinking that orange pipe cleaners for the chicken feet would be good. I used Google eyes instead of felt. You could also use buttons.

So if you look back on my posts, you’ll see a post about a placemat for the holidays. I just tried this project and I have to say I hated it! If you are not very precise with it, then it comes out looking terrible. It was difficult for me to do. I would not recommend this for beginners.
