Our K-6 book fair will open during parent/teacher conferences on Thursday, October 8 from 2-6pm. It will be open October 13-16 for student shopping during their activity times.

If you would like to shop with your child, the best time will be during parent/teacher conferences!

eWallets are a super convenient way to shop without cash--think of these like a book fair account you add money to for your child. Any money that they do not spend will be put back on a Scholastic gift card that is emailed to you and you can add it to an eWallet for our next bookfair or spend it online. If you want to make an eWallet, go to https://www.scholastic.com/bf/sctuckerelementaryschool and click "Get Started" under the eWallet section.

Students can use Sora at home on a Chromebook, computer, tablet, or phone using their school email and Chromebook password.

Not sure where to start? Check out our step-by-step guide below! πŸ‘‡ It even shows how to use filters to find books that are available now, match your child’s interests and reading level, or find favorites like graphic novels and audiobooks.

🏠 Read at home. πŸš— Read on the go. πŸŒ™ Read before bed.

September Library Memories!

When kindergarteners come to the library for the first time, and we are talking about what libraries are or what they know about libraries, someone always says libraries are quiet. I always say that’s true… but not really in THIS library. Here are some examples of when we were not quiet in the library. πŸ“šπŸ€«

Kids love them, and they have so many benefits for building a love of reading!
