DO NOT pass a stopped school bus. 🚌 Under Georgia law, O.C.G.A. § 40-6-163 requires drivers meeting or overtaking a stopped school bus with flashing visual signals and an extended stop-arm from either direction to come to a complete halt. Drivers must remain stopped until the bus moves or signals turn off. Violations carry a minimum $1,000 fine and up to 6 points on a driving
