✨Part 1✨ I found this video from 2 years ago… standing in an empty gym, completely exhausted and trying to hold it all together.
I didn’t want to admit it then, but I was burnt out.
Not because I didn’t love what I built—but because I had nothing left to give.
For a long time, I thought the answer was to push through.
But sometimes the strongest thing you can do… is walk away.
Since then, I’ve rebuilt my life in a completely different way.
New environment. New mindset. Learning how to regulate my nervous system and actually enjoy my life again.
If you’re in a place where you’re no longer happy, no longer fulfilled, and just surviving…
Take this as your sign.
You don’t have to stay stuck.
You’re allowed to choose peace. 💫
