We missed Ben Franklin's birthday last month! However it’s never too late to honor his vision of “an Inclination joined with an Ability to serve Mankind” as “the great Aim and End of all Learning." Drum roll....The Penn Club of DFW won the Ben's Birthday Bash Photo Contest! Thanks to all who joined us in the celebration; we couldn't have done it without you and your Penn spirit! Check out this post from the Penn Alumni page which shows events from around the world.

Each January and February, dozens of alumni regional clubs around the world gather to celebrate Ben's Birthday! From museum tours and faculty lectures to happy hours and athletics events, there is no better way to honor our university's founder than gathering with fellow Quakers.

This year, over 30 regional clubs hosted a Ben's Birthday Bash and received a Ben's Bash Party Box from Penn Alumni Relations, which included Ben-on-a-sticks, Quaker Quizzo, Penn swag, and more! The Penn Alumni Regional Clubs team has reviewed each club’s event photos and the Penn Club of Dallas-Fort Worth takes the cake! Literally! The Penn Club of Dallas-Fort Worth will receive a free cake at their event next year. Hurrah!
