To truly seek
we must stop hiding from ourselves first and foremost.
I ❤️ this mural, it speaks to me in many ways!
1st off, it brings me peace and a deep calling to go within&discover that which I’ve allowed myself to evade both terrifying&tremendously empowering.
That deep 🌊 within me that awaits the courage within me to awaken my depths of possibilities and see how I can bring wonder to this world.
It also reminds me of this digital world. How we can look away from ourselves and others because we have somehow captured life in a digital box we carry in our hands that holds us safely apart yet we can peek at one another 24/7 &feel like we somehow belong.
I think this is a blessing & a curse and it’s up to us to choose which it is for us personally.
Is it an addiction or is it a bridge to build the new we so desperately need? Perhaps, it’s a fine line….
How much are we living in our daily?
And which aspect of time are we choosing to see everyone/thing through? Past?👀
Present?🎁 Future?🔭
How can we fashion our focus to serve all three in a balanced way so we can take the knowledge of the past into the richness of this present moment while also cultivating the actions needed to greet the future we seek not just in terms of💰💰gain but also the wisdom to build our lives with all the things that make getting to the future both possible and truly most desirable aka the balance within mind, body and spirit that helps us craft things far beyond what the mere desire to look good on paper can truly and honestly offer anyone.
It’s in the multifaceted aspects of life, time, self&connection that we both get lost and found and it’s up to us to create this balance &the only way to create this balance is in truth.

Home❤️

As I pull out all the magical rocks and shells form my last day at the 🌊beach☀️ I find them fitting together beautifully.

It’s just like life really,
one step at a time,
one piece at a time ….
and the puzzle comes together to bring us something unexpected and beautiful or sometimes not so beautiful but instead a wealth of knowledge and wisdom that teaches us to learn to shape things in beautiful ways.

That deep ocean of TRUST…🌊❤️🌊

That everything is exactly as it is meant to be.

It can be tough to return from such an epic high but it would be wrong to think we can live there forever.

It’s the ebbs and flows that creates the masterpiece that is this life.

Im taking some deep down time to reflect on how my journey has changed me, opened me and helped me to close doors on ideas that do not heal me and reflecting with a learning eye and open heart on how to take these lessons of ebb and flow forward with me.

Sometime it’s in the stillness…
that is all comes in… ✨❤️✨

That ocean that lives inside us is always home within us and we surely can always find it if we seek it openly and honestly and ride it waves and feel it’s breeze that says…
it’s alright….
it’s even more than aright…

Courage builds a SPARK⚡️

When we take those first steps beyond our comfort zones MOMENTUM awakens.

Like a sleeping Lion preparing to hunt it’s prey… full of energy, possibly and strength, knowing if it seeks …
it will find!

And sometimes it’s the smallest most humble steps that gets this SPARK going…

when we pass those simple first steps beyond the resistence and into the trust in our ability to learn, grow and find the answers along the way.

If we only embrace what is already known we will only know what we already know… and we have no way of knowing what it is that we do not already know and this my friends is vastly exciting, exploring the new with learning eyes and an open heart is a direct route to being truly ALIVE!

To step into the unknown without expectation but curiosity, seeking to find with the willingness to be opened by beauty, truth and new pivotal self awareness andunderstanding…

We are always growing or dying and if we listen there is always a part of us calling for us to explore, expand and humble our preconceived ideas because the bottom line is the past doesn’t know everything so why should it dictate how we see things with such controlling demand.

Rebooting the LIFE force!🥰

It’s easy to get locked into work and the have to’s or should do’s and be pleasantly passionately committed but if all we are is a work horse we end up with less inspiration fuel to really make magic✨happen!

I’m preaching to myself here😆…

When we’re passionate about what we’re doing it’s a blessing and can also be a curse/addiction.

It’s so important to find that balance and seize the day and make sure all parts of ourselves are addressed and heard and we make time to PLAY!!! ⚡️🕺💃⚡️

I’m in Malibu with my son on an EPIC road trip adventure and I can already feel every aspect of my soul reawakening and I know when I get back at that work horse…
it will be all systems go and SUPER CHARGED!⚡️❤️⚡️

Everyday is a blessing! EMBRACE IT!😍

Love is ...all that really matters!
✨❤️✨

When we hit the toughest walls.. it’s that love of our friends, lovers and family that lifts us up into the light of understanding that this too will pass.

And if we find that we are all alone in whatever challenge it may be it’s in that gentle self love that holds us through whatever storm to seek another day encouraging us to just keep at it step by step loving ourselves into believing we will in fact find a way.

Love is what we hope we embrace in our beginning moments and with our last breaths of life and there’s no need to wait for these peek experiences to embrace the totality of LOVE’s vast abilities to heal, transform and to move any mountain.

Most mountains are man/women made within our fear-minds and our broke💔hearts we’ve abandoned(!) because someone else abandoned our hearts along the way so we carry the trend building a mountain of mistrust and wounded heartbreak but it’s ultimately LOVE that can melt these illusionary mountains in an instant if we bravely decide to LOVE ourselves❤️unconditionally and love those parts of ourselves that most need us to show up for them ❤️... so we can be whole again.

Love is... always waiting for us to realize we are worthy...❤️.. to realize we are in fact exactly where we need to be to evolve beautifully when embraced in love.. we are in fact ready to give and receive LOVE again if only we dare to listen... ❤️

that wants us to know that it’s there for US now and always, if only we have the heart and mindfulness to see and embrace it!✨♥️✨
..to heal, to grow, to cry, to fly and to LOVE INTIMATELY again.

When we hold back...

Sometimes, it’s the right time to wait... while we allow clarity to set back in and enjoy the silence until that moment of clarity HITS!

But when we know... deep down truly KNOW it’s time to act, we must take ACTION!

As a human being fear tends to hold us back even from the things we most DESIRE!

We tend to focus on all the things that could go wrong and we daydream ourselves into convincing ourselves that there are no new stories...

just reruns...

And if we believe this...

we will achieve this..

So it’s on us...
to shape our vision into a reality we truly seek and actually

GO FOR IT...

even if we must face our fears and DIVE in anyway.

Life is far shorter than any of us truly realize.
