Here’s why you’re not achieving results and impatience is to blame…
Look,
it’s not easy to start a fitness regime. You’re probably not going to see much change in 1 month. It’s probably not going to be very noticeable for a few months actually…but if you give yourself some time and you continue to show up everyday and do your best to take the next step in the direction of your goals, you will get there.

Check out her awesome transformation! A total of 10 inches and 40 lbs down since she started training! She’s been on a mission since the start of 2025 to get closer to her desired weight and she crushed her goal by staying consistent and steadfast in her efforts. Way to go Kaeli! 🫶🏻 She’s excited to continue towards her next fitness milestone and I can’t wait to see her achieve it.
