The BYOP-Edmond OK, program, led by Certified State Instructor Randy Decker, continues to set the standard for family-focused youth volleyball training in Oklahoma. Randy’s eight-week program provides an engaging and supportive environment where young athletes ages 10 and under train with their parents, building fundamentals, confidence, and a lifelong love for the game. His commitment to the BYOP® philosophy ensures that every family experiences high-quality instruction grounded in fun, skill development, and teamwork.
As one of the longest-running BYOP® programs in the country, BYOP®–EdmondOK is recognized for its consistency, professional leadership, and lasting community impact. With Randy’s 35+ years in volleyball and 30+ years in education, each session empowers families to connect, grow, and build healthy habits together.
