Good morning. This is pretty but I am hopefully waiting for fall. 85° is too hot for end of October.

As I wait for the new year, reflecting on all that has happened in the past twelve months, feeling some of the many tough feelings that I have navigated, I received a sign that going into the New Year, everything is going to be alright. My son, Patrick Smith bought me a smores from the back yard. He and his girlfriend are roasting marshmallows. I am truly a blessed woman.

Most amazing Christmas Day, ever. Went whale watching in the Pacific Ocean. Spotted 7 or 8 adults and there were babies, also.
