“IS IT SOFT?!”
- Yes, my goal is not to be 0-1% body fat. I still love the softness of being a woman & it’s soft becausee IT’S REAL!
“You lift a lot, how do you keep from looking too bulky?”
- Creatine, work the muscle in sections and to failure
“What do you eat and how many times a week do you work out?”
- 4-5 times a week, 4 hours of cardio per week…PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN…and fiber lol, being creative with your meals and substituting salts and sugars helps with maintenance.
“Is it harder to maintain after 40 years old?”
- YES! But if you want it bad enough…consistency will overpower doubt every single time.
“How do you handle the soreness and stiff muscles?”
- Dynamic stretching, before workouts…deep stretching after works outs….PINEAPPLE JUICE, and a good quiet percussion gun on a low setting substitutes for a pair of strong hands. Just can’t let everybody get a b***y rub 🤣
Folks have been asking since I posted these videos the other day what the exact workout is… Please see below, by no means do you need this many reps or carry this kind of weight if you are not used to it, however up your game… You up your results ! 💯💯💯💪🏽
