It was a busy end to the week at FLA! Multicultural Night on Thursday and our kindergarten “art museum” on Friday were a glimpse at this past week’s world class experiences ♥️

Our scholars spent the day meeting real professionals, asking BIG questions, and dreaming about all the possibilities waiting for them after Forest Lane. Thank you to all of the incredible volunteers who took time to pour into our students and make Career Day so special! 💙💛

Career Day is in full swing at FLA! This past week students have been able to explore different careers and today scholars have visitors talking to them about how they made their big dreams happen! Thank you to Ms. Mickish and team for coordinating this incredible experience ♥️

The game is simple! A staff member writes a PAWsitive Office Referral for a Teacher and they both get to pick from our mystery gift card box! Thanks to our parents and community donors for helping us bring the joy for Teacher Appreciation Week ♥️

Thank you to our PTA for providing staff with a scoop of ice cream from Tongue and Cheek! A sweet treat to start the week :)

Let’s celebrate our Teacher and Staff member of the month! Coach Behrman extends his care for FLA beyond the gym by supporting initiatives such as our garden. Ms. Bremer is the Math Queen and is always ready to drop some knowledge on how to support math instruction!

Celebrating our office staff and teacher assistants is one of the easiest things to do! From special education classrooms, to pre-K, to the office, they go above and beyond! They were too hard to track down for a team picture but we caught Ms. Amie to strike a pose with Mr. Goree ♥️ We couldn’t do it without them!
