Don’t miss JJP Class of 2019’s very own, Jaren Lewison, in the upcoming Netflix dramedy- Never Have I Ever- airing April 27th!!
https://www.tvguide.com/news/never-have-i-ever-teaser-trailer-netflix-mindy-kaling/
In July, the system switches over to the new school year, removing The graduating class’s parents from the school’s communication lists, so lots of us wouldn’t have received J. Stone’s email.
Many of our kids knew Mr. Temple. When news broke of his death- students posted condolences and shared how he impacted their lives. In light of the recent details surrounding his death- many are now likely experiencing a lot of confusion, anger, and disappointment 😞
Below is J. Stone’s email-
Pearce High School Parents,
I’m reaching out this evening to share information with you about former Pearce High School teacher Rob Temple. Mr. Temple was found deceased this past Tuesday. This evening, RISD received information that Mr. Temple is the suspect in a Dallas Police Child Exploitation offense investigation and according to Dallas Police, it was determined that he had been involved in a relationship with a student at a different school. This is a serious situation involving the safety of students, and I wanted you know as soon as possible.
Dallas Police are requesting that anyone with information about Mr. Temple related to this investigation contact Dallas PD at 214-671-4215. Mr. Temple was a teacher at Pearce and in RISD for two years, since 2017.
Please speak with your student to determine if they have information relevant to the police investigation, and contact Dallas PD if they do.
Thank you for your partnership in keeping our students safe.

When I created the JJP Class of 2019 FB account at the end of 8th grade year, and the Insta, Twitter accounts shortly after- I had no expectations or plan other than to just post important info relevant to this class, so all of us parents could navigate the years of high school with a little less confusion.
Little did I know that these Class of 2019 sites would become much more than just regurgitated school info, but a collection of memories, and celebrations, a documentation of the amazing members of this class throughout their HS years.
THANK YOU, graduates, for allowing me to be a part of your HS moments, for your patience with my picture taking, and tolerating the days with numerous posts.
THANK YOU to everyone that sent me pictures, and info to post. I tried my best to cover all aspects of this class- your contributions helped make that happen!
THANK YOU Pearce affiliated accounts for allowing me to troll your posts and repost items relating to this class.
The class FB and Insta accounts aren’t going anywhere, they won’t be as active as they have been, but they will continue as a source for announcements, and events regarding this class.
Future reunion planners...when that time arrives, message me, so I can turn the accounts over to you to use.
Also- your remaining class funds are being put into a cd for your future use towards your first class reunion.
I’ve known many of you since elementary, many since junior high, and met so many more at Pearce. It has been an honor and privilege to be a part of your lives. I’m going to miss you all!!
Now... go do great things ❤️ ❤️
Love,
Regan Lee
(Abigail Lee’s mom)
Congratulations to the best class that ever happened to Pearce ❤️❤️❤️
