I asked the teachers in The Community to capture three different VIBES during the school day this week.

And they sent me tons of video clips throughout the week.

Each one was calm.
Each was filled with happiness.
Each started with connection.

But the secret to the magic?

They were INTENTIONAL.
And because of that, their students NOTICE the difference.

I almost didn’t post this because the algorithm would probably say 2:30pm on a Thursday isn’t the right time.

But these are the moments I want to remember.

Teachers from different states.
Different schools.
Different stories.

All finding each other in the middle of the noise.

These clips are from The Bloom in Santa Fe, but honestly…it could’ve been anywhere.

Because what mattered wasn’t the location.

It was the feeling.

The exhale.
The laughter.
The calm.

The reminder that we were never supposed to do this work alone.

I think so many educators are carrying silent loneliness right now while standing in crowded schools.

And when you finally find people who understand the weight of this work without needing you to explain it…

something in you comes back alive.

Teaching feels different when you feel alive again.
And maybe that’s always been what’s missing.

I can’t even BEGIN to describe to you all the feeling that I get when I rewatch these moments from The Bloom.

Because YES, Santa Fe was beautiful.
And YES, we loved our conversations around our classrooms.

But there is just something so special about being IN PERSON with your people.

Your HERD.

And THESE women?
They mean EVERYTHING to me…

Creating this, editing this, watching this over and over…because IYKYK…🥹😭🥰💁🏻‍♀️

It definitely gives me all the feels.

Because I KNOW the stories behind these teachers.
I know the deeply feeling HUMAN stories.

I know the struggles.
I know the toxicity and negativity.
I know their classrooms.
I know their families.
I know their communities.

🥹And I also know that we’re not meant to do any of this alone.

It’s been almost an entire year since I’ve opened them.
And to be honest…I haven’t wanted to.

I’ve wanted to protect this herd.

It’s just something I can’t ignore.

Because when a teacher says:

“I don’t want to just smile on the outside. I want to smile on the INSIDE too.”😭😭😭😭

You just know.

Now is the time.

I met with my guy crew today to record an episode for the VibeEDU podcast, and it was such an incredible reminder…

A reminder that you NEED your people.
A reminder that you’re not meant to do this work alone.
A reminder that teaching, and learning, and LEADING are intentional.

Six years ago, none of this existed.

Not the book. Not the community. Not any of it.

Because THAT. That right there.
That’s the whole mission.

Not just surviving the school year.
Not just making it to summer.
Actually LOVING this again.

Six years of building toward that one sentence.
And it just feels so good right now.
