So, I may be having to close up shop soon if things don't turn around, however even with that said I can still share with people. Without a very quick turn around, I do not see the ability to maintain the website much longer. With the untimely passing of my mother, and some other situations we may not be able to keep the site up. If however, you've benefitted from the support and information I have offered in any way, sharing, posting, liking, and donating definitely help. We still want to help and support people on their health and wellness journeys, and will do our best but right now financially we are unable to keep the website itself up and going (not this page, the actual website). Back in 2016-2017 while I was getting treatment for Lymphedema, I was at the edge and felt there was no going back just about. I am curious, who here has ever been at the point of no return with their health? What I mean by this is, you're so fed up with your health/weight that you've considered extreme options, or have even booked appointments to consider surgery, etc.

Today was grocery shopping day, found a few good deals. I'd love to hear from my friends and followers out there.. Tell me what kind of deals you look for when you're out shopping and buying groceries? Do you shop multiple stores, or do you go to a single store to shop? If shopping is a chore to you and you need help figuring out a meal plan/grocery list each week, or however often you go to the store, book an appointment with us and we'll see if we can be of assistance! We work with people on all aspects throughout their journey.

Food options are of great concern to many people, and rightfully so. If you're on Keto, or on any other way of life.. your food choices are very important. As the evening comes to a close, let us take time to breathe. Remember that breathing is essential to life, but it isn't just that you breathe, how you breathe is just as important as well.
Throughout the day, remember to take a few minutes here and there to practice deep breathing exercises. These will help you retain focus. If you aren't familiar with deep breathing exercises, we'd be happy to help you learn more about them.
Today is Tuesday, more importantly, we all woke up today. Be thankful for this day, and remember that every day we wake up is a wonderful opportunity to improve yourself, and the lives of those around you. If nothing else, compliment someone on their smile, or their eyes, or thank them for an action they have done that may seem irrelevant, or something they should be doing anyways.
