Yos Yoga

Yos means health and happiness; which is what I plan on bringing you in our next private lesson! Ema Yoga is known as the science of the soul.

As previously stated, Yos in sanskrit is health and happiness, which is what yoga has brought me. I find this to be very true. As I dig deeper into the philosophy behind yoga, I feel I'm finding myself little by little. Yoga meaning union; union between yourself and the Ultimate Reality.
