what should a teacher look for when evaluating if a client is ready for an advanced class?

1. we need to see you understand the mechanics of the reformer, how to keep consistent tension on the straps and also how you can modify intelligently if an exercise isn't right for you just yet.

2. we need to see you understand the basics, that you can move with your breath and understand how to maintain a neutral spine when necessary.
