結緣始末─

自從我追隨劉公雲樵先師，習練八極拳，已歷年所之後。劉師檢視我的“（小）八極架”與“（大）八極拳”，不能滿意⋯⋯

原因？則說我是只知狠捶猛打，一味求剛。而於“剛中求柔”、“柔裡調剛”的大原則，成績不足！

劉師明白開示說：「打拳同做人一樣，要能夠外圓而內方。你怎麼打起拳來同你做人一個樣兒；你是內也方，外也方，怎麼能行？！」

於是，規定我再打八極拳時，腳下，「不許打跺子」；手上，「不許發勁」！

當然我謹奉師命，如是打來⋯⋯卻是全身都不得勁，不舒服到了極點！而，對於劉師的用心— “剛中求柔”、“柔裡調剛”之目標，仍然無法達成⋯⋯

無奈，劉師親自領我上門，去向他的好友—杜公毓澤先師，求習陳式太極拳。

仰體劉師的苦心，乃是對症下藥；以太極拳來幫助我在八極拳上的提昇。而、在我自己，則全非意料之中地，竟然喜歡上了太極拳，衷心愛習！
