Last week, YWPN hosted a student art showcase featuring talented artists from Young Women's STEAM Academy at Balch Springs Middle School, bringing their work beyond the classroom and into the spotlight. 🎨✨

As part of "La Vida en Color," guests had the chance to admire and bid on artwork. Bidding wars broke out as attendees connected with the students’ creativity and vision.

Students were on site sharing the inspiration behind their pieces, and all proceeds went directly to the artists. It was a powerful celebration of talent, entrepreneurship, and the next generation of creatives. 💫

We are deeply grateful for all that you do. Thank you for believing in our students, lifting them up, and helping them grow into their best selves. ❤️

This morning’s Morning Views panel, presented by Sixth Street, sparked an engaging and timely conversation on why a college degree remains one of the strongest pathways to career opportunity and long-term economic mobility.

A sincere thank you to our panelists — Christopher Johnson (TWU), Cullum Clark (Bush Institute – SMU Economic Growth Initiative), Erika Gonzales (Irma Rangel Young Women’s Leadership School), and Irma Rangel senior Keyri — for sharing their insights, expertise, and real-world perspectives. Your contributions made this discussion both meaningful and impactful.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this engaging conversation! To learn more about future YWPN events, please visit our website.
