My recent 5:00 AM date with Sandie Sado was around having different ways to getting to the same goals…is it a good thing?

In a world where conformity often seems like the easiest path and difference appear threatening, Sandie and I were discussing our differences.

We are as different as night and day in many ways.

• I'm a dreamer, she is practical.
• I love to wing it; she meticulously plans out her days.
• I eat what I want, while she measures every ounce.
• I work out with no plan…I do what I want, while she prefers a structured routine.

Yet, despite these differences, our destination remains the same. We both strive for a healthy lifestyle and well-being, even if we take different routes to get there.

Sometimes, our differing methods can lead to struggles, but it's in those moments, we remind ourselves to broaden our perspectives.

It's not about thinking the same; it's about leveraging each other's views to gain a broader understanding of where we're headed.

It’s not about changing who we are to fit someone else's mold. It's about recognizing that our differences are what make our journey together richer and more rewarding.

Ever since I was a kid, I have escaped drama/trauma into some type of physical activity…it was the boxing ring, the gym, surfing…anything where I could apply physical activity to push out the energy that came with dealing with the many life circumstances.

To this day, even though…I have been an:

Executive, a owner, , worked with global companies, a top person, & thousands of individuals, I still find myself needing physical activity to find my escape from the noise.

If you let it, our society will fill your time stressing about things we can’t control, worrying about trends, being offended by strangers and politicians we don’t know and sell us on indulging in unhealthy foods and activities simply to survive packaged as success.

I ask you to consider the time you're NOT taking for yourself and make yourself your own priority.

As once told me when he witnessed me stressing about the things I could not change and my own imaginary important dilemmas, he said…” Work harder on yourself, than you do on your job” Only then, will you really be able to see what's right in front of you.

I have been creating video's for companies for their internal LMS channel for leadership/mindset and sales development, infusing neuroscience, NLP and behavioral coaching techniques. This is more relevant now than ever with Gen-Z in the workforce and the state of the culture.

One of the reasons I don’t post much on LinkedIn is because I have always been branding my content for the companies I have consulted with.

I have decided that I want to expand and make them available for everyone by building my YouTube channel. It's a first for me.

Do you ever consider the impact of your thoughts on your own body?

Harvard did a study and found some interesting findings with Maids' , , and .

Researchers at Harvard University wondered why many housekeepers in the US exhibited poor health indicators.

During their investigations for insurance studies, they stumbled upon an intriguing insight.

The researchers revealed to a group of maids,

"Did you know you walk over 10,000 steps and burn calories equivalent to four hours at the gym each day?"

A month later, when they revisited the same group:

Those who had received this information showed significant health improvements. Some even appeared more physically fit.

Surprisingly, these maids had never perceived their daily tasks – making beds, vacuuming, and lifting mattresses – as exercise.

However, reframing their perspective transformed their well-being.

The takeaway? Our don't just impact us; they influence us physically.

By shifting perceptions, we can unlock remarkable potential within ourselves.
