🌎🥕 Happy World Earth Day from Highlands Elementary! We are absolutely hopping with joy over this incredible "Recycled Rabbits" craft project!
Our students learned that every day is Earth Day by turning ordinary bottle caps, scraps, and supplies into these adorable bunny masterpieces.

Star Spirit at Highlands Elementary!
Our campus was absolutely electric as we prepared our students for STAAR Day! To show our students how much we believe in them, we hosted a massive "Star Parade" and hallway celebration.
A huge THANK YOU to our incredible parents who came out in full force! Parents decorated the sidewalks at both the front and back of the building with colorful, encouraging chalk messages. They then lined up for a parade in their cars decorated and covered in balloons and signs! Cheering and honking to motivate our students to do their absolute best. Inside the building, students Pre-K - 2nd grade lined the hallways. with amazing posters as they cheered their hearts out as the testing students entered.
We are so proud of our students' hard work, and this was the perfect reminder that their entire Highlands family is behind them!

Our kindergarten students had the BEST day exploring, playing, and making memories at the park! From giggles on the playground to fun with friends, it was a day full of joy and discovery.
