Happy National Custodian’s Day!

We had to celebrate our amazing Highlands custodians with a little appreciation AND a little fun! 😂 We told one of our custodians there was “water everywhere” in the office… and technically, we were right! 💦🤣

All jokes aside, we are so thankful for everything our custodial team does to keep Highlands clean, safe, and shining every day. We appreciate you more than you know! 🤘🏾❤️

4th Grade Science in Action!

Our Highlands 4th graders are learning by doing! Students worked together, observed, explored, and participated in hands-on science learning while also celebrating the rich culture and traditions of Hispanic Heritage Month. ❤️💛💙💚

We love seeing our students curious, engaged, and excited about learning!

What a productive and colorful Staff PD Day at Highlands! 📚🌈

Our staff became the students as two campus leaders modeled engaging math lessons and effective instructional practices. We also took time to celebrate the growth happening across our campus because progress deserves recognition!

We wrapped up the day with a Staff Color Party featuring colorful outfits, snacks, treats, and plenty of team spirit. At Highlands, we learn together, grow together, and celebrate together! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
