Quilting Sisters of Color

Per the last meeting:
Our next meeting day is May23,2026. There will be two people doing paper piecing demos and One person showing you how to do fusible applique. This will start at 11;00 am. The regular meeting will start at 1:00pm.
Also, the Frisco Guild will be with us to sell their raffle tickets. Something came up with the lady last month and they could not make it. So, please bring some dollars to support them as they have supported us in the past.

What a wonderful time we had at our Christmas Luncheon! Huge thank-you to State Representative Aicha Davis for hosting and to Oncor, Vistra, and Ben E. Keith for sponsoring. Kitchen & Kocktails was the perfect venue on December 6, 2025.

Community Service Project
64 Wheelchair quilts donated to Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in the DFW area. Thanks to Rita and the team that made it happen.

We delivered 56 placemats to Laurenwood Nursing and Rehabilitation on 4/7/2025

On Saturday, April 5th we delivered 209 mini angel baby quilts for area hospital in Houston.

Good morning,
On March 19, we delivered 77 placemats to the Pavilion at Creekwood. I want to thank Ms. Alicia Addie for making that happen.

Last Quilting Meeting including mini workshop for Cutting, 1/4 Inch Seam and Color Selection.

Community Service Project - We are making Angel Babies Mini Quilts for hospitals in the Houston area.
