Nearly cleared my 3 round fade back this morning. Misses were at 25 yards. If you’re not familiar, it’s a great warm up drill. Target is a 3x5 card (sticker in my case - you can get a roll of them on Amazon). Shoot slow and controlled (no time limit) 3 rounds each at a series of distances between 3 yds & 25 yds (I shoot at 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 25 yards). Pretty good use of 21 rounds, IMO.

I am very honored to have been selected to testify in Washington D.C. this Wednesday in front of the U.S. House of Representatives Judiciary Committee (Subcommittee on Crime and Federal Government Surveillance). The hearing is titled “Second Amendment Rights Empower Women’s Rights,” and it will examine how firearm ownership empowers women across America and assists in self-defense.

I hope to represent moms, women, fi****ms instructors, fi****ms owners, and, of course, the USCCA!

Hello, friends! Just a little update from me. I am in a season of life where I am having to give up so many things I love for one reason or another. Teaching fi****ms on a regular basis is now one of those things - at least for the time being. Now working full-time Monday - Friday, I simply do not have time to teach in addition. On Sunday, December 10th and Monday the 11th, I teach my final classes at Texas Gun Experience. I am also not currently taking any private students. You will still find me investing in the women of the Armed Women of America - Mid Cities TX chapter on the first Tuesday of each month. You may also find me assisting other instructors in the area as my full-time work schedule allows.

Continue to follow here and I will pass along training opportunities as I hear of them. It has been a huge honor to have so many of you in class at TGE over the last two years and it saddens me that my time there is coming to an end. Much love to you all!
